My family and I wanted to get away for a few days and rented a condo from Miss Dismuke. We were very pleased. The place was clean and family-friendly. We had great beach access and it was very close to restaurants. We would gladly stay there again. Carolyn is very nice to work with. Great vacation!!!!!

My Pregnant wife, my daughter, and I was looking for a place on beachside to avoid my wife having to walk a long distance to the beach but didn't want to pay the typical beachside prices. (as they can get ridiculous). Carolyn was a life saver. The condo was extremely clean when we first arrived and the location was perfect. Our go to eatery is Dat Cajun Place and it was literally a 2 minute drive. The pool was nice, and we even played a few games of shuffle board. I would highly recommend Carolyn and her condo at Sugar Beach. We will be using her again!!

My husband and kids have stayed in Unit 58-105 a couple of times and we always enjoy it. Nice clean place and one of the many pools are right outside the back door of this unit. And it's a great location, close to Pier Park and right across from the beach. And Mrs. Carolyn is always very helpful and close by if you need anything.

I have rented twice and my experience was great both times. Never had an issue. I'd recommend it to anyone who is on a budget and need storage asap!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. My twins had softball games all day which was just 5 minutes away. They were able to come back to eat and rest before they play more softball. It was very convenient. The place was very spacious and clean. I chose your property because I wanted to accommodate my husband and son to relax because they prefer not to sit and watch softball all day. If they wanted to explore, then I know it's just a walking distance away to the beach, parks, stores and restaurants. It was very peaceful and we were able to get needed rest before we do it again and play another softball tournament at another city. It was a win win for my family! Your place was so refreshing, thank you!

My Family and I stayed July 14- 16, 2017 at this location. Condo was very BEAUTIFUL. We enjoyed staying there. It had nice Bedroom/ Bathroom, Kitchen area, Living room. Wonderful walking distance from the tennis court, outside pool, club house, and beach. Neighbors was nice and respectful. The condo was close to restaurants, activities, shopping stores,and etc. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR OUR EXPERIENCE. WE LOVE TO COME BACK SOON.

Very nice, appointments were updated, family friendly, right on the Sugar Sands Beach. Plenty of eateries, and shopping conveniently located near by. Will definitely go again!
